A shoyu dressing for fresh vegetable and pasta salads, also works as a barbecue sauce. Use for marinating beef, pork, poultry and seafood. Delicious with somen (Japanese white noodle), soba (Japanese green noodle) and fresh or cooked tofu (soybean curd). Makes a wonderful dip when mixed with mayonnaise.
