Doria - Japanese ham fried rice with ketchup, parmesan, and mozzarella

Doria is a rice and butter based dish which typically has chicken or prawns and some vegetables mixed in, with a creamy white sauce (maybe cheese) on top.

Visiting restaurants in Japan that serve Western style foods, particularly Italian, you tend to see a lot of doria (ドリア) and gratin（グラタン）on the menu along with pizza and pasta.

The grilled cheese experience

A Whopper with 1,000 slices of cheese. At least it’s topped off with some salad.

When someone walks in carrying a burger with 1000 slices of cheese on it, you don’t send them back for a refund. So we began unwrapping the paper pillar from the top, revealing a small helping of veggies and ketchup scattered atop a disproportionally large pile of cheese.
